Houses, bills and stuff?

Me and my partner are looking at a houses and have found one for �575 3 bedroom (baby on the way) i together we ear �12500 pcm. Would we be able to afford it with bills eg elec, gas, water and council tax? i mean i budget around �200 for council tax. I worry about moving and not being able to afford it could anyone please help xx
