Legal separation ... ?

I was Married For 5 Years I Just Moved Away To Difference State And I Filled To Legal Separation . But My Name Still On The Bills like phone And The elec, Insurance Bills Too ..So I want To Know if My Name Stay on The Bills is that ok or I have To remove my Name .From The Bills ....? thanks
