Im taking my cousin to court but she has also harassed me and threatened me and my job...?

in 2008 i let my cousin use my social security number on an elec. bill and she stopped paying the bill in july of 2010, i turned off the elec. and she said she would pay the bill but she never did...then this year i find out my name was used again but she changed my last name and put another bill in my name with another company...she has harassed me and so has her sisters and mother, she and her mother have also called my job and falsely accused me of being dishonest...i want to sue her for the harassment and threats but im not sure what exactly to sue her for...any help would be d.
