Why hasn't Jay Electronica given any info on his upcoming album? If he ever drops one!!?

I'm a huge Jay Elec fan and ever since Roc Nation signed him I've been waiting months for his album (supposedly called Act:II Patents of Nobility). I know it takes time and perfection, but Lupe, Elzhi, Raekwon, and Em and Royce already dropped theirs while J.Cole and Nas have already given title names and a few tracks. Does anyone know anything about this?
