How to wire a light in my bathroom?

hi i have just made a bathroom in my house i have no wireing at all in there only a L N E and i have a pull cord to fit in there to wire up to my spot lights can enyone tell me where to start i am ok with elec but my head has gone blank i need to no what wires go where in step by step instructions thanks for eny help mike
