I am a kentucky resident and I want to evict my verbal argument starting roommate how do I do it?

I have a bipolar roommate who starts verbal arguments alot with me and others who live on this property and I and the person I pay rent too are sick of him. Rent is $400 which he pays half to me as well as elec, water and trash. He didn't sign any contracts or pay any down payments. What do I do to get rid of him.
