Problem with take off airbus a319 a320 on FSX?

I am having a problem with my smaller airbus aircrafts a318 a319 a320,simply i cannot take off,even i take off with a lot of effort my plane goes up very high and my plane stals.i did 2 noches,not set trim because i do not set trim on aircrafts. I noticed in theese aircrafts that hyd elec pump is off,is that supposed to be?because at a330 200,a330300 and a346 hyd elec pump is on.Also sometimes when i start on plane,only one engine turns on. Can anybody tell me what to do? tnx
