2002 Tahoe Elec. Problem?

My Tahoe has lost brake lights and turn signals on the passenger side. I still have reverse lights and just normal operating lights. I have checked the fuses, checked the connection where the bulb plugs into for power, checked the bulbs and I have checked the wiring. The fuses are good, connection has power, bulbs are new and haven't found any frays or exposed wires in the wiring. At this point I am lost any suggestions?
