Best in-ear headphones for under �15?

I would definitely get those red and black Skullcandy earphones! I own a pair of black ones myself that I bought for $10 and they work great! They reduce outside sound and have a little nice bass boosting sound. I've had mine for at least a year and they still work good as new. I use them for when I'm running, and they stay in my ear too. I would recommend ordering those Skullcandy ones.
