Does anyone know any beach around MA/RI/NH that allows grilling?

We're planning on having a family get together and we're interested in doing it somewhere we can lay around in the sand and swim. I've googled a bunch of places but not really sure which beach allowed it. So I was wondering if there was any beach around here that would allow you to either bring your own grill or provides the grill for you. If they allow alcoholic beverages in cups, that would be a plus but its not necessary. Thanks
