Help they cant do this, can they?

e!!? My parents are putting me into a rehab place for the rest of the summer because I got two underages. My first was last summer so there far apart!! Im not an alcoholic, if I am then everyone I drink with is too! Can they do this?!? I'm 17, is there something I can do...what if I wont go. This is ridiculous!!!
