I live in fl, i rented out a room in my house.... ?

placd a craigslist ad for roomate, n drugs no drinking.... girl came, drugs n alcholic..... gave her a 7 day notice... she took some stuff to her new place left my garag full of her property.... she broke the door down bc she locked her key in her room.... owes for electric still... can i keep her propery as collataral? what can i do to make it so elec. gets payed.
