Which engineering consist of speakers and sound systems?

That would most likely fall under electrical and electronics engineering rather than electrical and communications engineering, but it really just depends on what technical electives you choose. There are classes for acoustic analysis and design that will easily be accepted for technical elective credit that fall under mechanical engineering or applied physics. I would recommend taking one or two of those as well as a course in amplifier design or advanced analog circuit design.
