No money and need divorce - what's mine?

My husband locked me out of the house for a weekend after a physical altercation (by him). I did not file anything w/ the police. However upon coming home Monday I found he had taken all his clothes, our computer, my wedding rings (worth over $5000) and multiple other belongings including our bedroom set and moved out. What are my rights? He's also claiming I must make the mortgage payment and elec payment since he has moved out? I work a min. wage job and cannot afford the house on my own and also have no money in savings for a lawyer. help?
