Software for VGA input into Laptop?

Alright so I have a vga output for my xbox (http://www.elec-intro.com/EX/05-14-16/xbox360-vga.jpg), and I have heard of software that can input vga into laptops. But I have had tough luck searching the internet. So is there any FREE software that can input vga into a pc? And if anyone finds one that costs money please post because I may possibly buy it.
